I shared this recently with some of our leadership. . .

As leaders, we need to be certain the direction we are going in, and where we are leading the organizations we serve.

It is important to know the objective of your work:

A monument focuses on the past.

A ministry focuses on maintaining the present.

A movement progresses toward a kingdom focused future.

It is important to know the objective of making disciples:

Matthew 28:19-20

Who is a biblical disciple?

A biblical disciple is a follower of Jesus who lives a life of faith and obedience to God.

Who is a biblical disciple maker?

A biblical disciple maker is a follower of Jesus who lives a life of faith and obedience to God, and intentionally leads others to do the same.
